Website Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Essentials
Hi everyone,
We are super excited to announce our October meetup will be hosted at the Trainline offices on Monday, October 16th, from 6:30pm.
Trainline is the world’s leading independent digital rail platform. We sell tickets worldwide on behalf of 87 train companies and a growing number of coach companies, helping our customers make more than 125,000 journeys every day in and across 24 countries.
Richard Keenan-Heard, SEO and Content Lead at the Trainline will be speaking about “5 Things that Make Agency and in-House SEO Different.”
After spending 5 years agency side at MEC where Richard worked on a wide range of FMCG, B2B and B2C clients globally, Richard made the move to Trainline to head up the SEO team. In what is an incredibly fast paced, agile environment, the team has doubled in size as they scale their growth in new markets and expand their existing business. At Trainline they need to execute at speed whilst building a sustainable base for growth. As such, they are a team of content and technical SEO specialists supported by a dedicated team of developers. For Richard, the greatest difference to life in-house is the constant flux of change and exposure to so many different teams -something you can you can often only dream of when working externally.
We also have CRO specialist Tim Stewart presenting on October 16th speaking about “Converting on First Date“
Tim will be talking about the flirt of marketing and the first date of landing page is not enough if you want a relationship.
Tim has a number of years experience in working in Conversion Rate Optimization. He runs workshops and webinars ensuring CRO is at the forefront of his clients’ business. You will see him at more events and has been sharing his tips and knowledge with our media partner Search Elite.
We also have Nick Wilsdon, SEO Lead at Vodafone speaking at Search London. Nick Wilsdon works within the Global Channels Optimisation Group at Vodafone to design and lead SEO optimisation programs across 22 markets, Commercial/Enterprise and 70 partner markets.
